Executive Personal Assistant to Lee Haight

Renee started with SDU in July of 2020. She's known Lee and his wife for many years, and they often talked about her joining their team. So, when the opportunity came about, she was excited to be on board.

She manages Lee's daily schedule, including scheduling travel and conferences. In addition, she assists him with identifying and implementing ongoing process improvements using best practices to facilitate

communication, prioritization, and overall efficiency and effectiveness for projects. She serves as an extension of Lee, taking on a wide breadth of tasks and responsibilities so that he can focus on critical areas and growth.
